As the president and founder of NOLA Real Estate Marketing & Photography, Eugenia Lubrano-Gangi knows the importance of aesthetics. But more than that, building relationships and trust with her clients is key to her success.
“I love hearing from our clients that we made a positive difference in their marketing process and that their house sold quicker, above asking price—or even that the seller has fallen in love with their home all over again,” she says. “Together, with our team, we prepare marketing for hundreds of homes each week; but our goal is to make each and every one feel special. Marketing someone’s home for sale is a personalized experience, and it has to be done in a very fast-paced environment. When we hear success stories because we were involved in the selling process, it’s definitely inspiring. This type of feedback reinforces that we bring value to our clients.”
Throughout her lifetime—and her career—Lubrano-Gangi has been deeply inspired by her mother. “She was a businesswoman and lifelong learner,” she says. “I admired her so much! She was talented in so many areas, but also had tremendous strength and willpower. She loved her children, her family, and her work beyond measure; and she was truly a wonder woman who touched so many lives in her very short lifetime and left a legacy.”
