Merritt Parsons Vesich and Peter James Vesich tied the knot on April 13, 2024, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey together. Their love story began with a serendipitous meeting that blossomed into a romance filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful traditions.
Merritt and Peter dated for 1.5 years before getting engaged. Their engagement story is as unique as their bond. In early February 2023, Peter, who was preparing for the Bar exam, suggested celebrating Valentine’s Day early. Merritt found it peculiar since they never made a big deal out of the holiday. Nevertheless, she went along with it, excited for a night out at Clancy’s, their favorite date spot in their neighborhood.
The evening started at St. Joe’s, their beloved neighborhood bar. This place held a special significance as it was meant to be the location of their first date. However, due to limited hours post-COVID, their first date ended up at Monkey Hill instead. When St. Joe’s reopened, it became their regular hangout, symbolizing the start of their relationship.
