Impact & Give Back: Royal Family KIDS Camp

Transforming Lives with Unconditional Love and Hope

Royal Family KIDS Camp (RFKC) is a transformative nonprofit dedicated to changing the lives of children in the foster care system. This organization, part of For The Children Inc., has spent over 35 years training and equipping local churches and nonprofits to operate RFKC chapters across the United States and abroad. The mission of RFKC is clear: to provide children with experiences of unconditional love, hope, and safety.

The camp is a week-long, overnight experience specifically designed for children ages 7-12 in foster care. Each camper is paired with a trained, volunteer counselor whose sole mission is to create positive memories and affirm the child’s inherent value. The week is packed with special events, such as The Princess Tea Party, Boys’ Adventure Night, the All-Camper Birthday Bash, and the Camp’s Got Talent Variety Show. These activities, alongside swimming, fishing, and crafts, offer these children the opportunity to simply be kids, free from the burdens of their everyday lives.
