Community Leader: Kati Morse LeBreton
Kati Morse LeBreton, Vice President and Director of POWER at Fidelity Bank, is on a mission to empower women entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams. Taking on this role in August 2023, Kati embraced the opportunity to lead a program that supports women business owners with financial guidance, educational resources, networking, and professional development. “POWER is all about realizing the potential of women entrepreneurs,” Kati shares. “We aim to build a thriving community that empowers women to grow, innovate, and succeed.” Under her leadership, the nearly 2,000-member program has become a lifeline for women across Southeast Louisiana, connecting them with opportunities that help them reach new heights.
Kati’s journey to this role is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and the courage to follow her passions. A self-described “portfolio professional,” Kati’s career has spanned several industries, each leaving an indelible mark on her journey. A scholarship athlete at Southeastern Louisiana University with dual degrees in Communication, she started out in sports broadcasting, then became Tulane Football’s first Director of New Media. “Those years were formative,” she reflects. “I had the privilege of being part of something big, helping to shape Tulane’s brand with a phenomenal coach and team.”
