Courtney and Matt’s story began long before they ever imagined saying “I do.” Childhood companions since the fifth grade and high school sweethearts soon after, their bond has always been rooted in friendship, loyalty, and devotion. On Friday, March 22, 2025, surrounded by family and friends, they celebrated not only a wedding but the promise of forever.

The proposal was every bit as magical as their love story. On October 4, 2023, Matt told Courtney they were headed to a work event at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport. Instead, he led her to a life changing surprise. With their closest friends looking on, he got down on one knee before whisking her away on a breathtaking helicopter ride over the city. The skies of New Orleans became the backdrop for one of the most unforgettable moments of their lives.
