Chandler + Bart
Their story began across two cities, Bart in Baton Rouge and Chandler in Covington. From the start, their weekends together were filled with laughter, comfort, and quiet understanding. So when Chandler planned a surprise birthday night for Bart on February 28, she had no idea the biggest surprise would come from him. Before they even left his house, Bart asked if she had a gift for him. When she said his gift was “an experience,” he smiled and replied, “I have a gift you can give me, to spend forever with me as my wife.” Then he got down on one knee.
Through tears, Chandler said yes, completely unaware that the rest of the night would turn into one of the happiest memories of their lives. She had secretly rented a party bus to take Bart and their friends to Loft18 in Mandeville, where both families were waiting to celebrate his birthday. But instead of just celebrating another year of his life, they got to celebrate their future together.
