Councilman Larry L. Rolling, Jr.
Councilman Larry L. Rolling, Jr. has long been a familiar and energetic presence in Covington and throughout St. Tammany Parish. A resident of Covington since 1993, Larry first came to the Northshore for its strong schools and quality of life. More than three decades later, he remains deeply committed to protecting and enhancing both for future generations.
Larry currently serves as St. Tammany Parish Councilman for District 2, representing Covington. Elected in 2023, his role entails representing the interests of his constituents, overseeing parish policies and budgets, and working collaboratively to address infrastructure, economic development, and quality of life initiatives. Prior to his parish role, Larry served as Covington Councilman at Large from 2019 to 2023, including three years as Council President, and as Councilman for District D from 2011 to 2019. During his tenure, he chaired the City of Covington Economic Development and Financial Committees, focusing on responsible growth and fiscal stewardship.
