Some love stories unfold naturally, as if they were always meant to be. Taylor Ashleigh Singletary, now Mrs. Lizana, first crossed paths with Chris at Stone Creek Club and Spa, where their shared love of tennis brought them together on the court. It wasn’t until the world slowed down during COVID that their story truly began to take shape.
With Stone Creek closed, the pair started meeting on a small tennis court on Pine Street in Madisonville to play matches with friends. After every game, Chris suggested a visit to the riverfront to sit and talk. Night after night, they returned to the same bench, where conversations flowed, laughter echoed, and love quietly grew. That bench became their spot, a sacred place where their bond deepened during a time when the world offered few distractions.
