On any given weekend at Fontainebleau State Park, Mila Aduli might be greeting families at the inclusive playground, helping children hunt for colorful eggs, or handing out cookies during a holiday celebration. What many may not realize is that the young girl creating these moments of joy is often the one organizing them.
For Mila, advocacy is deeply personal.
Her family founded the nonprofit Mina’s Mission in honor of her younger sister Mina. Growing up alongside Mina and her brother Ari, who has profound autism, shaped Mila’s understanding of compassion and inclusion from an early age. Those experiences taught her that communities must be built with intention so every child feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
